About Our Founder
Dr. Josh Redd NMD, MS, MPHb
Dr. Josh Redd, NMD, MS, MPHb, is an industry leader in functional and personalized medicine. With over 12 years of post-graduate education—including two master’s degrees and two doctorate degrees—he brings an unmatched depth of training and experience to his patients. His expertise in regenerative medicine includes over 1,000 precision-guided injections for spinal, joint, and soft tissue treatment, helping athletes and active individuals optimize performance and accelerate recovery He holds an MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, an MPHb from Johns Hopkins (with an emphasis on molecular biology and immunology), and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University. Most recently, he graduated from naturopathic medical school and completed his residency in regenerative medicine and stem cell injections through Bastyr University. Dr. Redd is the founder of RedRiver Health & Wellness, one of the largest functional medicine clinics in the U.S., with eight locations across Utah, New Mexico, Nevada, and Idaho, and PalmaVita Clinic, a regenerative medicine and athletic performance center in Spanish Fork, Utah.

Justin Jenkins, DC, grew up in St. George, Utah where he competed in several sports, skimboarded on the Virgin River, camped, and biked. An active lifestyle at a young age taught him that to fully enjoy the activities he loved required a healthy body. This understanding drove him to pursue a career in alternative healthcare where he could help others achieve their health and wellness goals. He completed his undergraduate studies at Dixie State University and graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor in Health and Wellness, a Bachelor in Anatomy, and a Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduation, he returned to St. George, Utah where he started his practice, while simultaneously teaching human anatomy at Dixie State University for six years. He is certified in ART (active release technique), which is a soft tissue/myofascial technique. He completed certified training from the University of Bridgeport in Mastering Functional Blood Chemistry. Dr. Jenkins is passionate about using a functional medicine approach to help his patients feel their best. He and his wife, Nadine, have four boys and love to play games and be outdoors together. In his spare time Dr. Jenkins loves to mountain bike and watch baseball.

Daniel Torres, DC, is a Chiropractic Physician. He graduated with his Bachelors’s in Exercise Physiology and Biology and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States.
Dr. Torres has additional training in disorders of the thyroid, functional neurology, blood chemistry analysis, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation.
“When you feel good most of the time, it is easy to take it for granted. There are a lot of people around us every day who feel poorly and are fighting a silent battle for quality of life. I knew from early in my education, I wanted to help people with these chronic symptoms. Seeing a patient go from a very limited lifestyle, where their activities of daily living are more than they can accomplish, to one where they can run and play with their kids or grandkids again is very rewarding. I take pride in helping people find real solutions that address the root of their problem.”
Dr. Torres currently resides in North Salt Lake Utah with his wife and two kids. He is an avid reader, with a goal to read a new book every week. He also enjoys running marathons and spending time with his family.

Jeremy Swindlehurst, grew up in Washington County, Utah and completed his undergraduate work at Dixie State College. He continued his education at Parker College University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Anatomy, A Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. His clinical rotation was done at the V.A. Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Swindlehurst has continued his education by focusing his practice in helping to manage patients with disorders of the endocrine system. He received a certification from Parker University in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology. He also has received certifications from Bridgeport University in the following areas: Mastering Functional Blood Chemistry, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, and Mastering the Thyroid. He is working towards a Diplomate in Functional Medicine by the American Board of Functional Medicine.
He has been married since 2005 to his wife Lyndsey, and they have three children. He enjoys fishing, camping, boating, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.

Brynna Haddock, MSN/FNP-C grew up in Washington, California, and Nevada. She graduated from Brigham Young University-Provo with a degree in education. She went on to pursue a nursing degree, receiving a BSN from AmeriTech college in Draper, UT (now Joyce University). She received her family nurse practitioner degree from Rocky Mountain University in Provo, UT, and is currently completing a doctoral degree.
Brynna has over a decade of experience in hospital nursing, patient education, traditional primary care, and nephrology. She has a particular interest in women’s health. When she learned about functional medicine at RedRiver Health and Wellness Centers, she knew she’d found a path to turning this passion into a reality. After completing training in functional medicine and blood chemistry, bioidentical hormone replacement, and IV ozone therapy, she is now helping both men and women navigate their health, empowering them to feel their best.
Brynna and her husband reside in Orem, UT and are raising six amazing children. Her favorite times are when everyone is together in one place, which is rare! She loves world travel, her two kittens, reading psychological thrillers, watching college football, and playing the violin.

Paul A. Stadler, grew up in Arizona. He attended BYU, where he graduated with honors and a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science/Physiology. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker University where he graduated as Salutatorian.
Dr. Stadler has special training in disorders of the endocrine system, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, and sports injuries. He has received certifications from Bridgeport University in the following areas: Mastering Functional Blood Chemistry and Mastering the Thyroid. He has served as Director of Seminars for the ProActive seminar series and has served as part of the medical staff for the Susan G. Komen breast cancer events in Texas and Idaho.

Brinton Andersen, DABFM, was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. His family moved to Moses Lake, Washington where he graduated from Moses Lake High School. After graduation he served a full-time mission in South Korea for his church. He attended BYU, where he received his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic graduating Summa Cum Laude from Southern California University of Health Sciences.
Growing up he played basketball, baseball and tennis. Initially, his desire was to be involved in sports medicine. However, after learning about the possibilities and need of patients with chronic and autoimmune conditions, he turned his interest to functional medicine.
Dr. Andersen has received certifications from Bridgeport University in the following areas: Mastering Functional Blood Chemistry, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, and Mastering the Thyroid. He also received certifications from the American Board of Functional Medicine in the following areas: Functional Immunology, Functional Gastroenterology and Functional Medicine. Dr. Andersen has received a Diplomate in Functional Medicine from the American Board of Functional Medicine.
He married his wife, Cheralyn, in 2011 and they have one child. His interests involve fishing, hiking, skiing and being active. He is excited to be with RedRiver Health and Wellness Center and loves being a part in helping our patients reach their health goals.
